Draconid Oil is a blade oil for fighting Draconids. This base tier adds +10% attack power against them and holds 20 charges.
Coat the sword before a fight with wyverns, basilisks or other Draconids. One brew lasts the whole game. The Enhanced and Superior variants raise the bonus to 25% and 50%.
Draconids
Draconids are a class of monster in The Witcher 3. Basilisks, Cockatrices, Forktails, Wyverns, Royal Wyverns and Slyzards all belong to it. Wyverns are often mistaken for dragons, but they are much smaller.

Draconid Oil comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

How to Get Draconid Oil
Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Dog Tallow and 4 Ergot Seeds.
