Dulcinea Windmill is a windmill in Toussaint. It stands south of Coronata Vineyard and north of The Cockatrice Inn. The windmill is a fast travel signpost.

History
The windmill is the first stop of the main quest The Beast of Toussaint. Geralt rides past it with the knights Milton and Palmerin. A knight in full armor is charging at the windmill. A moment later a giant steps out from behind it and charges back. Geralt and the three knights fight the giant together. The fight leaves the mill in ruins.
