Refugees' Camp is a ring of tents around a large winged statue in Velen. It lies south of the Coast of Wrecks, with forest on three sides. At first a band of robbers holds the camp. Killing the bandits frees the camp, and people driven from their homes by the war return. A herbalist then moves in and sells goods.
