Superior Grapeshot is the top tier of Grapeshot. Its shrapnel hurts every foe within the explosion radius and adds fire damage. The damage ignores enemy armor. One brew holds 4 charges. Gremist sells the formula at Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
Heavily armored foes take the full hit. The blast destroys monster nests. Draconids such as Forktails, Cockatrices and Basilisks are weak to it. Hybrids such as Griffins, Harpies and Sirens are weak to it as well.
Variants
Grapeshot comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

How to Get Superior Grapeshot
- Buy the formula from Gremist at Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
- Brew an Enhanced Grapeshot first, since the recipe uses one.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Alchemists' Powder, 1 Enhanced Grapeshot, 2 Calcium Equum, 2 Sulfur, 2 Longrube, 2 Hop Umbels and 1 Nigredo.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
