Ursten is a village near the Border Post, in the Grassy Knoll area. The war has driven countless refugees out of Temeria. The Pontar is blockaded, so the refugees crowd into villages near the river crossings. Ursten is one of those villages. The quest From a Land Far, Far Away leads here.
