Cyberjunkies
Cyberjunkies are the cyberpsychos of Dogtown, with a twist: their madness comes from a drug. A new substance called phant reached the streets through the Scavengers, and those who took it went wild. Ring fighters and party goers now roam the district, each one a dangerous fight. Each of them is marked as an activity on the map of Dogtown, and each leaves behind a shard with the story of how it went wrong.
Phant
The shards on the cyberjunkies tell the same story. Cody Crosby, a ring fighter thrown out of Night City, asked a contact in Dogtown for boosters and was given phant, "some new shit". Wesley Hunt took it at his own rave in the Anatomicon. At first he barely felt it. Then it hit hard.
