Security

Security covers the people paid to stop V: corporate soldiers, private guards and the special units of the police. Arasaka and Militech guard their towers and plants with their own armies, armed with their own weapons. Private security companies put guards on the doors of clubs and businesses. Trauma Team sends armed medics to rescue its clients, and MaxTac, the elite division of the NCPD, hunts cyberpsychos.

Corporate Armies

Arasaka's people are known for their training and their loyalty to the company. Its guards and rangers hold the line, its soldiers guard the most important sites, and its agents are chromed operatives with reflexes that slow time. Militech, the old rival, fields its own officers with military versions of its pistols. Guards of any kind raise the alarm fast, so silent takedowns pay off.
