The Legend

Aguilar's legend has grown so large that some Valentinos scare their children into behaving with the warning that Aguilar will come for them. Even if only a fraction of the stories are true, the assassin still has dozens of high-profile victims. Gang bosses, police chiefs, corporate executives and politicians all run when they hear the name.

Dogtown

Aguilar knows the power structure of Dogtown well and has close ties with BARGHEST from the days of Kurt Hansen's rule. In Phantom Liberty, V crosses paths with Aguilar during the struggle over who will run Dogtown. Aguilar can be a man or a woman, and the Database tells the same story either way.
