Phantom Liberty
Phantom Liberty is the spy thriller expansion of Cyberpunk 2077. It adds Dogtown, a walled off part of Pacifica ruled by Colonel Kurt Hansen and his private army, BARGHEST. The story begins when the space shuttle of Rosalind Myers, President of the New United States, is shot down over Dogtown, and the netrunner Songbird pulls V into the rescue.
The Story
V leads the President out of the wreck and across Dogtown, guided by Songbird from the net. Along the way V meets Solomon Reed, a sleeper agent of the FIA, and Alex, his old partner. The story turns on a choice of loyalties: Reed and the NUSA on one side, Songbird and her escape on the other.
Dogtown
Dogtown is a district apart. BARGHEST has thrown the police out completely, and the district runs on its own rules. It has its own fixer, Mr. Hands, its own gigs and hustles, the cyberjunkies wrecked by the drug phant, and airdrops of military supplies. Many weapons, cyberware and vehicles on this wiki come from the expansion, and their pages say so.
