The Chevillon Emperor "Dominator" is the car Militech enters in the city's death races. It is a heavy executive SUV with all-wheel drive and bulletproof glass, dressed in race livery. V meets it on the grid rather than in traffic. Nothing else in the field is this big. V races against the Dominator during The Beast in Me.
Performance
All four wheels drive, which is what keeps a vehicle this heavy pointing where it is aimed. It gathers speed slowly and then refuses to lose it, so it is strongest on the long sections of a course.
Its weight is also its weapon. In a race where contact is expected, the Emperor wins the contact. The glass is bulletproof, so shooting at the driver achieves nothing.

Lore
Militech does not build cars, so when it wants to be seen winning it enters someone else's. The Emperor is Chevillon's executive SUV, the vehicle corporate people are driven in, and Militech put its name on one.
Under the livery nothing is changed. It is the same car as the Emperor 620 Ragnar that V can buy, which is why the first race lists it under that name and only the last one calls it the Dominator.
