The Dicky Twister is a gay club on Congress Street in Vista del Rey. Its owner is Señor Ladrillo, a member of the Valentinos. A big red neon sign and an animated sign hang over the door.

Outside
A fence runs all around the club. It is poorly kept and has a few weak spots. A Valentinos ganger guards the front door, while a back door opens to anyone with tech skill. A strong arm can force a side door, and a container beside it climbs to a balcony. A Brennan Apollo stands for sale in the small car park.
The Club
Inside, mannequins in poses stand by the entrance, and a host asks for a fee or a good line before letting anyone in. The main floor has two striptease stages, a lounge, several private rooms and a large bar. Steps behind the stages lead to the dressing room. Service rooms and a storeroom fill the back of the building, with stairs to the upper floor.
Upstairs
A wide walkway lined with planters runs along the upper floor. Two Valentinos guard a server room, and Ladrillo's office sits in the middle, watched over by his man Saulo Capon.
Jobs
Padre wants data stolen from Ladrillo's computer before the NCPD gets to it. The gig leads straight into the club and up to the office.
