Vista del Rey is the poorest part of Heywood, a district of rundown apartment blocks where the gangs have the run of the streets. Its name means the King's View. Dicky Twister is one of its clubs. Many residents have left for other parts of the city.
History
After the Fourth Corporate War this part of the city became a combat zone. The original Heywood lay further south east and was divided into a poorer Santo Domingo and a wealthier north.
As Santo Domingo's population grew, it spread into the old Little China and Japantown, and Vista del Rey was born.

Life in Vista del Rey
Vista del Rey suffers badly from poverty and violence. Its streets are emptier than the rest of Heywood, and the gangs fill the space the residents left.
Fugitives hide in the shadows of megabuildings that have seen much better days. Vista del Rey is a thorn in the side of the wealthy districts next door, such as Corpo Plaza and North Oak. Every so often rumours say that the city will step in and clean the district up, but nobody ever does.
Mercado Sonora is one of the few attractions of Vista del Rey. It is a pedestrian market and a meeting place for the local community, though it often brings trouble as well.
