El Pinche Pollo is a restaurant on the back streets of the Glen, near Los Lobos Street. It is owned by Mauricio Salinas, a member of the Valentinos. The gang guards the place and does its business there.

Inside El Pinche Pollo
The ground floor has a bar for food and drinks and a small kitchen in the back. The upper floor is for the Valentinos only, and bouncers guard both stairways. One of them is Ernesto Muñoz, a friend of Jackie Welles.
Upstairs there is a lounge with pool tables that looks down over the restaurant. There is also an office that holds the gang's secrets.
