Georgina Zembinsky is a District Attorney of Night City. She spends her nights at the Heavy Hearts club in Dogtown, while she hunts a suspected serial killer.

Biography

Georgina and her partner, Hank Davis, built a case against Hector Sacristán, a high ranking Valentino and a suspected serial killer. To reach him, they needed Eric Maldonado, a gang member accused of crimes of his own, in prison. Eric's father, Michael, gave testimony against his son. Michael claims they tortured him into it. Georgina and Hank deny it: they say the testimony is true, though Michael was paid for it. On the recording, Michael says Eric told him by holocall that Hector shot a man named Marcos Ferreria.

In Heaviest of Hearts, V finds her in VIP room 6 of the club, after asking around among the staff and her friends.

News shards found around the case show her side of the story. Hector Sacristán, the Valentino boss and scourge of Vista del Rey, had been linked for years to large scale drug dealing and a series of unsolved murders and disappearances, but every attempt to arrest him failed through what the press called baffling negligence by the police. It took the District Attorney's office to turn things around. Thanks to a witness statement about the disappearance of Marcos Ferreira, police divers recovered his body from Coronado Bay, and Sacristán was arrested. On the courthouse steps, Georgina promised to put him where he belongs and keep him there forever.

Georgina can offer to strip Michael's name and data from the testimony while keeping it in the case. If V refuses and demands the testimony be deleted, she tells Hank to threaten V. Once Hank backs down or is beaten, she deletes it.
