Heavy-Duty MaxTac Cargo Pants are the cargo trousers of the NCPD's cyberpsycho unit. Judy Álvarez won them in a bet, and she leaves them for V after their romance. The game describes them as brutally straightforward, much like MaxTac's tactics.
How to Get Heavy-Duty MaxTac Cargo Pants Guide
The pants are in a box in the bedroom of Judy's apartment in Kabuki, Watson. They appear some time after Pyramid Song if V romanced Judy and complimented how she looked in the wetsuit during the job.
