Pyramid Song is the last side job of Judy Álvarez's storyline, after Pisces. Judy asks V to dive with her into the Laguna Bend reservoir in the Badlands, where her drowned hometown lies under the water, and to record a braindance of the dive. A feminine V can start a romance with Judy here.
Story
Judy's Request
Johnny has a theory about friends in Night City. Nobody can rely only on themselves, so everyone needs a few friends who owe them favours, and a few they have dirt on. But when a friend starts asking for stranger and stranger things, that is when the trouble starts.
Some time after Pisces, Judy calls V to meet her at an old shack by the Laguna Bend reservoir. She wants to dive into the lake together and record it as a braindance. V puts on a diving suit and a braindance scroller that links their minds. In the water, V calibrates the suit by circling Judy, swimming backwards and listening to her hum a song.
Laguna Bend
Down a guide pole lies Laguna Bend, the town where Judy grew up, flooded when the dam was built. Memories of Judy's childhood play in V's head as they swim through it. They pass the diner and Judy's old house, where V scans the diner's sign, an old photo, a hockey stick and a vintage camera that can be given to Judy. Across the street are an old gas station, a car, a doll and an umbrella.
At the church, V finds a way in through a hole in the wall. A cross necklace, the Heart of Laguna Bend, lies on rubbish bags by the steps. Near the altar, Judy talks about her memories, and V's Relic fails. V passes out under the water.
The Cottage
V wakes up on the dock with Judy giving V CPR. Relieved, she offers V a bed for the night in the cottage. V goes out to start the generator, hearing Judy's memories of Evelyn Parker along the way. Back inside, Judy is in the bathroom, and she talks about what happened after the raid on Clouds.
If V gets close to her, Judy takes V to bed. In the morning she sits on the dock and asks what the night meant to V. Calling it the beginning of something amazing makes them a couple, and Judy stays in Night City and gives V access to her apartment. A cold answer makes her leave Night City at once and delete V from her contacts. If nothing happens between them, Judy goes to bed alone. In the morning she tells V she is leaving the city and gives V her empty apartment.

Choices
Romance
A romance needs a feminine V. In Pisces, V must not go along with Maiko's plan, or must refuse her money. In the cottage, kiss or hug Judy in the bathroom. In the morning, call the night the beginning of something amazing. Judy then stays in Night City as V's partner, gives V access to her apartment, and can appear in one of the endings.
Leaning away from her or calling it a pleasant distraction ends the romance, and Judy leaves Night City. Leaving before she wakes up, as Johnny suggests, makes her vanish and remove V from her contacts.
Friendship
Without a romance, sleeping in the cottage keeps V on good terms with Judy. She leaves Night City, but gives V her apartment and later texts a photo of Seattle.
Rewards
Completing Pyramid Song rewards Judy's Apartment as an apartment (depending on choices), (depending on choices), MaxTac tactical helmet with multifunction infovisor (depending on choices), MaxTac multilayered armor-weave Jacket (depending on choices), Heavy-duty MaxTac cargo pants (depending on choices), Diving equipment box memorabilia and Laguna Bend wall photo memorabilia (depending on choices).
Diving equipment is added to the memorabilia in V's apartment. Judy's apartment opens as a place to stay. On good terms, Judy leaves the Iconic shotgun Mox on her kitchen counter. With the romance, she also texts a Laguna Bend photograph as memorabilia, and the MaxTac tactical helmet, jacket and cargo pants appear in a box in her bedroom if V praised the wetsuit.
Tips
Telling Judy she looks fine in the wetsuit matters later: if the romance follows, a box of MaxTac clothes appears in her apartment. Pyramid Song only appears if V did not take Maiko's money at the end of Pisces. It can take a few days before Judy calls.

Notes
- The song Judy hums can be recognised by a Streetkid V as "Only You" by Etta Sorrentino. The melody is part of the game's music track "Bells of Laguna Bend".
- Without an intimate moment in this job, Judy's last appearance in the game is her message in the end credits.
