Johnny pokes fun at V in the journal. Isn't V a little old to dream of a pro racing career? Still, it would be a shame to let wheels this good go to waste. V can tell the mayor if V wants any city streets shut down. Or not, as Johnny has no time for the man.

Behind the car stands a metal shelf that has collapsed over a small container. The key to the Hoon lies inside it.

2. Go to the warehouse in the north east of Northside.
3. Search the warehouse.
4. Loot the container under the collapsed shelf behind the car to find the keys.
5. Get in the car.
