The Quadra Type-66 "Hoon" is an armed and armoured Type-66 made as a tribute to the rally driver Ken Block. It sits hidden in a Watson warehouse, waiting for someone to find its key. It suits players who want to fight from the driver's seat without paying for an armed car. It is fast, it has machine guns, and it costs nothing. The Type-66 "Hoon" is a free reward from the side job I'm in Love with My Car in Northside, Watson, after the main job Playing for Time.
Performance
The Hoon has all-wheel drive and a powerful engine, which makes it quick off the line and fast on a straight.
Its machine guns sit at the front of the car. They fire straight ahead, so the driver aims by pointing the nose at the target. The guns have limited ammo and reload once it runs out. The armour lets the Hoon take more punishment in a fight than an ordinary sports car.
Gearhead from the Technical Ability tree is the key perk for an armed car. It adds vehicle health and gives mounted weapons more damage. It also cuts their lock-on time. Road Warrior from the Cool tree adds weapon damage while the car drifts or is airborne. Stuntjock from the Reflexes tree removes the bullet spread penalty for shooting a handheld weapon while driving.

Lore
The Hoon is a weaponized, armoured variant of the Quadra Type-66, the same model Dino Dinovic gives away as the "BULITT". The car and its job honour Ken Block.
The in-game Database calls the Type-66 faster than a bat out of hell. Edgerunners and illegal street racers took to it quickly, and the NCPD rarely manages to pull one over. The Hoon takes that car and adds armour and guns.
