Juggler

Juggler
Juggler
Class Cool Perk
Attribute Cool
Tier Phenom (15)
Levels 3
Requires Scorpion Sting
Affects Only affects throwable weapons

Juggler is the throwable weapon payoff of the Cool tree. It shortens recovery again, raises headshot and weak spot damage with thrown blades, and finally resets every throwing cooldown instantly on a precise kill. A branch of its own is bought through it. Knife builds aim for it.

Effect

The first two levels compound what the branch already does, which is throw accurately and often.

The third is the mechanic. A kill made with a thrown weapon through a headshot, a critical hit or poison resets all throwing cooldowns at once, so a build that keeps killing never waits. That turns a weapon with a recovery timer into one with no limit at all.

Level Effect
1 -15% recovery time for throwable weapons.
2 +20% headshot and weak spot damage with throwable weapons.
3 Instant cooldown reset for all throwable weapons after neutralizing an enemy with a throwable weapon via headshot, Crit Hit, or Poison.

How to Unlock Juggler

It sits behind the Phenom gate of the Cool tree. Scorpion Sting comes first, and all three levels are needed before the reset appears.

Perk Tree

Juggler is bought from Scorpion Sting in the Cool tree.

Scorpion Sting Scorpion Sting Pro (9) -15% recovery time for throwable weapons.

Buying Juggler opens the perks below.

Name Image Tier Effect
Finisher: Act Of Mercy Finisher: Act Of Mercy Phenom (15) Unlocks a Throwable Weapon Finisher. Can be used on low enemy Health. Automatically activates Juggler. Restores 25% Health.
Pay It Forward Pay It Forward Phenom (15) After retrieving a thrown knife or axe from an enemy, your first melee attack with a throwable weapon gains +200% damage.
Sleight Of Hand Sleight Of Hand Phenom (15) +20% Crit Damage for 8 sec. whenever Juggler is activated. Stacks 5 times. New stacks reset duration. All stacks are removed when duration ends.

Character Builds

The build is the throwing build at full strength, carrying knives or axes and landing precise hits as a matter of course.

Buy all three levels at the Phenom gate, then Sleight Of Hand for the stacking critical damage and Pay It Forward for the melee swing. The finisher and Pounce follow, and Style Over Substance at the Legend gate closes the branch. Scorpion Sting below should already be applying poison.

Notes

Pay It Forward, Sleight Of Hand and the branch's throwable finisher are all bought from it.

Sleight Of Hand in particular stacks critical damage every time the reset fires, which is what makes a long chain so dangerous.
