Moving Heat is a Phantom Liberty side job that follows Firestarter. Some time later, Ashlay sends V a message. He does not want to lose his gig, and he needs a car's memory wiped. The car belonged to the French, and the reward is the car itself.
Story
Rockerboy Approved
Johnny understands in the journal. Ashlay does not want to lose his job, so V should be a friend and wipe the data for him. Besides, V lands a slick reward for very little effort. And Johnny has to hand it to the French: they had great taste in cars. He would sit in that driver's seat any day. Rockerboy approved.
The Garage
Ashlay sends V to an elevator. From there, V heads quietly to the garage, ideally without raising the alarm. Enemies wait near the car. Once inside, V wipes the memory of its on board computer, then drives off, keeping on the guard's good side on the way out.
