Supply Management is a reported crime in Arroyo, Santo Domingo, in a fenced yard edged with razor wire. A dealer was killed here for selling cheap boosters to workers on someone else's turf. His killers, John Quaid and his guards, still hold the yard, and the dealer's stash is waiting on a nearby roof.
Story
Undercutting the Corps
The journal calls the dealer one more poor choom trying to get by. All he wanted was to undercut the corps a little and make a few eddies from boosters. It did nothing for his health. A look at what he left behind might give V a boost, though.
Cheaper Than the Corp
A shard records the dealer, Richard Ribisi, with a buyer named Pamela Ling. He wants nobody else to hear about him, as too many people know already. She wants about fifteen of the twelve hour boosters, for her and her coworkers. Even at the higher price, they still cost less than the ones the company tells its staff to buy.
Our Prices
Another shard shows the reply. John Quaid tells Aidan Rachins they caught the dealer selling on their turf. Rachins orders him killed, and loudly, so that everyone sees and hears it. The company wants its employees buying from the company. The dealer also gave up the location and codes of his stash. Rachins tells Quaid to grab everything, so they can sell it themselves, at their own prices.
