Arroyo is the industrial heart of Santo Domingo, a district of factories, power plants and junkyards that is always under construction. Its name means stream. The Arasaka Industrial Park, the Cytech factory and the Red Dirt bar are here. 6th Street controls whatever the corporations do not.
History
Arroyo has been rebuilt again and again as corporations tear down old factories and put up new ones. Not every investment paid off, and many buildings stand unfinished or in ruins.

Life in Arroyo
An old power plant and a giant junkyard sit beside high tech factories. The working sites, such as the Arasaka factory and the Petrochem power plants, are restricted areas with their own security.
