Sublimation makes every RAM recovery heal V as well, for as long as Overclock is running. The netrunner's resource and the netrunner's health become the same bar. It sits in the netrunning branch of the Intelligence tree. It is what makes the mode sustainable rather than a gamble.

Effect

Overclock spends health to buy hacks, and the mode's danger is that the spending has no floor. Everything that normally refills RAM now refills health too.

Because the branch is full of RAM recovery effects, that amounts to a steady heal in the middle of the most dangerous mode in the tree. A build with queues running and kills coming in can hold the mode far longer than it otherwise could.

Buy it at the Phenom gate directly after Overclock, before the other perks on that branch. Feedback Loop, Data Recycler, Speculation and Recirculation are all RAM recovery, so each of them becomes a heal, and a build with long queues running heals continuously.
