Overclock is the netrunning payoff of the Intelligence tree. It adds RAM recovery and quickhack damage, and then unlocks a mode in which V can keep hacking past an empty bar by paying health instead. A whole branch is bought through it. It is the most aggressive thing a netrunner can do.
Effect
The first two levels are plain improvements, one to how fast the bar refills and one to how hard the hacks land.
The third is the mode the perk is named after. With a cyberdeck installed, Overclock can be switched on, and every unit of RAM spent past the maximum costs health instead. For its duration the only limit on hacking is how much health V can afford to burn, and it then needs time to come back.

How to Unlock Overclock
It sits behind the Phenom gate of the Intelligence tree. Embedded Exploit comes first, and all three levels are needed before the mode appears.

Character Builds
The build is the netrunner at full strength, with the best cyberdeck available and a health pool large enough to spend. Any weapon works, since the mode is about hacks rather than guns.
Buy all three levels at the Phenom gate, then Sublimation and Power Surge so the health cost is survivable, then Race Against Mind for the damage. Spillover at the Legend gate spreads the hacks, and Ticking Time Bomb in the Technical Ability tree fires an EMP every time the mode is switched on.
Notes
Power Surge, Race Against Mind, Sublimation and Spillover all read the mode rather than the hacks, so each one makes it safer or stronger.
