The Johnny Silverhand is a cocktail served at the Afterlife. The Afterlife names drinks after Night City legends once they die. This drink honors the rockerboy Johnny Silverhand. Like any alcoholic drink, it makes V drunk for a short time. The Johnny Silverhand is an early game drink at the Afterlife bar.
Effect
Drinking The Johnny Silverhand applies the Drunk status. Drunk lowers V's movement speed and halves weapon accuracy. The status lasts a short time. Several drinks in a row stack the effect, so a round right before a fight makes shooting much harder.

Lore
The in-game description calls the drink a tequila old fashioned with a splash of beer and a chili garnish. It dedicates the drink to the rockerboy who never gave up.
Notes
- A real bartender recreated the cocktail, and the developers changed the look of the drink in the game to match that recreation.
