Inside Unfinished NCART Station
Stairs lead down from a construction site on Baptiste Street to the station. The tunnels beyond are wide enough to drive through. The Animals guard them with patrols and turrets at the far end.
Jobs
In Two Wrongs Makes Us Right, the Animals have stolen a van of modified lidocaine from Maelstrom and hidden it in the tunnels. Mr. Hands wants it, to sell the drug to ripperdocs. V steals the van and drives it out through the tunnel, past the turrets.
