West Wind Estate is the other combat zone of Pacifica, a district of apartment blocks and abandoned hotels cut off from the rest of the city. An underwater tunnel connects it to Wellsprings. The West Wind Apartments sit at its centre.
History
West Wind Estate shares Coastview's history. When the resort investors returned around 2070, the Voodoo Boys fought them off, police raids became riots, and the city cut off all public services.
