Two Wrongs Makes Us Right is a Thievery gig from Mr. Hands in West Wind Estate, Pacifica. The Animals stole a van of modified lidocaine from Maelstrom, who use the drug in initiation rites. The Animals want it for their favourite muscle "juice". The van is hidden in the tunnels of an unfinished NCART station, and Mr. Hands sees a market shortage he can make even worse.
Story
A Market Shortage
Mr. Hands keeps it brief in the journal. V is to enter an Animals den and steal a van carrying medical stimulants, a modified lidocaine. The cargo is already hot: it was stolen once before, from Maelstrom. Those chrome lovers use the lidocaine in initiation rites, while the Animals mean to put it in their favourite "juice" cocktail. In his line of work, that is called a market shortage. Why not drive the demand up even more?
His plan has four steps. V steals the van. Hands resells the lidocaine to ripperdocs. They sell it at market price. Profit.
The Tunnels
Stairs lead down from a construction site to the unfinished station. One Animal stands on the phone at the bottom, and three more guard the van. At the far end of the tunnel wait turrets and another Animal patrol.
