Lore
The Voodoo Boys are a secretive gang of netrunners from Pacifica, rooted in Haitian culture. They are best known for their netrunners, but the Punisher shows that the gang also has fighters who rely on speed and chrome.
Behaviour
A Punisher uses a Sandevistan to dash forward in slow time and a Kerenzikov to dodge incoming fire. It jumps high and far, fights with a shotgun up close, and switches to a handgun at range. A combat stim heals it. Slowing it down with quickhacks or explosives takes away its speed.
