Brunhilda's Embrace is a Body Armor in Dragon's Dogma 2 that can be worn by the Fighter, Warrior, Mystic Spearhand and Warfarer Vocations. It has decent Defense and small resistance to Fire Damage Ice Damage and Lightning Damage. The armor however, does give a negative resistance to Torched Debilitation and Frostbite Debilitation.

Armor blessed by a heavenly sister of battle, making it far more effective at protecting the wearer than its appearance suggests.

Chest: Down the hills from the hot springs, beside another chest, on Agamen Volcanic Island.

Smithing Upgrade Guide

Every piece of armour can be enhanced three times at an armoury or smithy, each time for gold and the materials listed below, and a fourth time with Wyrmfire. Any armoury or smithy works on weapons and armour alike. Each smith works in one style, and you can mix styles from one level to the next.

Vermundian raises every attribute moderately. Armouries and smithies in Vermund offer it, such as Roderick's Smithy and Bjorn's Armory in Vernworth.
Elven raises Magick and Magick Defense greatly, Strength and Defense only a little. Grisha's Armory in Sacred Arbor offers it.
Battahli raises Strength and Defense greatly, Magick and Magick Defense only a little. Armouries in Battahl offer it, such as Awaran's Arms and Bodas's Armory in Bakbattahl.
Dwarven raises Knockdown Power and Knockdown Resistance. Sara at Brokkr's Smithy offers it after Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge, and Gautstafr after Put a Spring in Thy Step.
Wyrmfire halves the weight and gives a further boost once the first three enhancements are done. The Dragonforged at Bay Wayside Shrine takes payment in Wyrmslife Crystals instead of gold.

Taking Brunhilda's Embrace to level 3 costs 12,516 G in all, whichever style you choose. Battahli smithing gives it the most Defense at level 3 (169), while Dwarven gives the most Knockdown Resistance (133). Wyrmfire then costs 10 Wyrmslife Crystals.
