Bloodhound Knight is a dungeon boss in Elden Ring.
The Bloodhound Knight is a nameless hunter who guards the end of the Lakeside Crystal Cave in Liurnia of the Lakes. It moves on all fours and darts around with quick steps. Its curved sword hits in long, delayed combos. The reward is the Cerulean Amber Medallion, which raises maximum FP.
Lore
The Bloodhound Knight crawls on all fours like a hound. Its metal armor has a jutting breastplate. It grips a large curved sword in one hand and a claw in the other.
The Bloodhound Knights were trained as hunters and known as unshakable trackers. They speak no language. Each knight chooses its own master, and once the choice is made it stays loyal for life.

Attacks
- Triple Slash: two sideways sweeps and a heavy overhead slam. It can stop early depending on distance, and it leaves the knight open after the slam.
- Bloodhound's Step: a blurring quick step to dodge or close distance. Staying close stops it from spamming the step.
- Claw swipes: fast strikes with the off-hand claw. A shield blocks them.
- Lunging slash: a leaping strike from mid range. A roll toward the knight avoids it.
Tactics
- Stay just inside melee range to bait the Triple Slash and stop the endless quick steps.
- Punish the slam at the end of each combo.
- Use a shield with full physical guard, since every attack is physical.
- Parry or guard counter, because the knight is very vulnerable to both.
- Use lightning, because the knight takes extra damage from it.
