The Bloodsoaked Manchettes are a pair of gauntlets in Elden Ring. They belong to the Bloodsoaked Set. They become available in the middle of a run.
Bloodsoaked Manchettes are formed from tightly wound bandages soaked with blood, covering the festering arms of their wearers, such as Inquisitor Ghiza. They are found in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds beneath Leyndell. These gauntlets are very light, offering little physical protection but good magical defenses and focus. They suit light casters and players completing the bloodied bandage look.
