The Flame of the Fell God is a Fire Giant incantation in Elden Ring. It is a mid-game find in Liurnia of the Lakes.
Flame of the Fell God is a legendary incantation drawn from the power of the Fire Giants, a secret of Arghanthy, chief guardian of the Flame, until Adan stole it, and the fell god it houses still lurks within the Fire Giants. It releases a large, slow fireball that drifts toward enemies and explodes with heavy fire damage and knockback, leaving the area burning for several seconds. Its slow travel can be used to cast another spell while the fireball closes in, and the knockback is useful against bosses such as Malenia. It is extremely effective against slow targets that stand in the flames, Erdtree Avatars in particular, and only one fireball can be active at a time. It suits fire-focused faith builds that want a heavy area nuke.
