The Crystal Barrage is a Glintstone sorcery in Elden Ring.
Crystal Barrage is a sorcery of the Crystal Cadre, a group of Raya Lucaria sorcerers who pursue the wisdom of stone locked in the faint cogitation of the Crystalians. It rapidly fires a stream of small glintstone shards, and holding the cast extends the volley rather than strengthening each shard. In most PvE fights other spells outdamage it while offering more utility, but a full volley is hard to evade completely, which gives it a niche against highly mobile invaders and Bloody Finger hunters. Its early availability also makes it an introduction to truly channeled spells such as Crystal Torrent and Comet Azur. It suits casters looking for a pressure tool against evasive opponents.
Effect
Rapidly fires a volley of small glintstone crystal shards; holding the cast extends the volley for a small extra FP cost. Each cast costs 14 FP and 26 stamina and takes up one memory slot. It can be charged for more power.
How to Get Crystal Barrage Guide
Crystal Barrage is sold by Sorceress Sellen for 1,500 runes. If Sellen dies, the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold sell it for the same price once given Sellen's Bell Bearing.
- Travel to the Waypoint Ruins in Limgrave and go down into the cellar.
- Defeat the Mad Pumpkin Head guarding the cellar.
- Talk to Sorceress Sellen and choose to learn glintstone sorceries.
- Buy Crystal Barrage from Sellen for 1,500 runes.
