The Omen Helm is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Omen Set. It becomes available in the middle of a run.
The Omen Helm is a malformed helm resembling an Omen with its horns cut off, a vision of how the Dung Eater wished to see himself. Its description laments the heart of an Omen without the body to match, and its only opening is a large crack near the right eye. The head piece is very heavy with high poise and strong physical defense, and it boosts Omen Bairn and Regal Omen Bairn by 5%. It suits heavy builds and players recreating the loathsome Dung Eater.
Stats
It carries 14 poise at 9.9 weight.
How to Get Omen Helm Guide
The Omen Helm is part of the Omen set, collected from the Dung Eater's body in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds at the end of his questline.
- Touch a Site of Grace in the Altus Plateau, then find the Dung Eater in the Roundtable Hold.
- Talk to him with a Seedbed Curse in the inventory to receive the Sewer-Gaol Key.
- From the Underground Roadside Site of Grace in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, drop through the open grate, follow the path past the Miranda flowers and open his cell to free him.
- Read his message at the Roundtable Hold, then go to the outer moat of Leyndell, Royal Capital and defeat the Dung Eater when he invades.
- Talk to the Dung Eater again in the Roundtable Hold.
- Collect five Seedbed Curses and use them on his body in the cell.
- Take the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse from his body, then reload the area to find the Omen set.
