Use
After the final boss falls, using this rune on Fractured Marika leads to the Blessing of Despair ending.
"Loathsome rune gestated by the Dung Eater. Used to restore the fractured Elden Ring when brandished by the Elden Lord. The reviled curse will last eternally, and the world's children, grandchildren, and every generation hence, will be its pustules. How to Get Mending Rune of the Fell Curse Guide
- Get the Sewer-Gaol Key from the Dung Eater at the Roundtable Hold.
- Open his cell in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds near the Underground Roadside Site of Grace.
- Defeat him when he invades in the outer moat of Leyndell, Royal Capital.
- Return to his cell and give his body five Seedbed Curses.
- Take the rune from his body.
