The Royal Knight Armor (Altered) is a piece of chest armor in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Royal Knight Set.
The Royal Knight Armor (Altered) is the altered form of the silver armor of Loretta, once a royal Carian knight who sought a haven for Albinaurics and found it in Miquella's Haligtree. The unaltered armor is bought from Finger Reader Enia after defeating Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree, and altering it at a Site of Grace or with Boc changes its look and its description. Unusually, the altered version is slightly lighter and gains poise, trading only a sliver of physical defense, which makes it the stronger choice for poise at medium weight. It suits Carian knight and spellblade builds that want Loretta's elegant silver look.
Stats
It offers 28 poise for 15 weight.
Altering
Its unaltered form, Royal Knight Armor, weighs 15.5 instead of 15 and carries 24 poise instead of 28. Altering works at any Site of Grace.
