The Loretta's War Sickle is a Halberd in Elden Ring.

When to Use It

Late game. It is found around Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree, far enough in that it is an end-of-run weapon rather than something to build towards.

Upgrades

Ordinary Smithing Stones carry it all the way to +25, and because it is not a Somber weapon it will also hold a grease or a weapon buff, which is a damage source the unique blades simply do not have.

Build

Its scaling runs Str at D, Dex at D and Int at D, so Str, Dex and Int are the stats worth levelling, and you need Str 20, Dex 15 and Int 20 before you can lift it. Any Ash of War and any affinity will sit on it, so its scaling can be re-cut towards whichever stat you are already levelling.

Notes

Intricately crafted silver war sickle wielded by Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree. Originally given for service as a personal guard to Carian royalty, the weapon's blue glintstone has been replaced with unalloyed gold.
