The Wise Man's Mask is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Ansbach's Set. It comes from Shadow of the Erdtree and is found in Enir-Ilim.
The Wise Man's Mask is the iron mask of Sir Ansbach, Pureblood Knight, shaped to give the appearance of a quiet, wise, old bearded man. Its description hints at an old fear beneath it and the cold discipline that once honed his blade, now put toward Blood Oath and dynastic skills. The head piece is of moderate weight with decent poise and carries the strongest single boost to those skills in Ansbach's set, which stacks to about 14% with every piece worn. It suits bleed builds devoted to Mohg's dynasty and players recreating Ansbach's look.
Stats
It offers 7 poise for 4 weight.
How to Get Wise Man's Mask Guide
The Wise Man's Mask is part of Ansbach's set, looted from Sir Ansbach's body after Promised Consort Radahn falls, or from Ansbach himself when Needle Knight Leda is helped to kill him at the Specimen Storehouse.
- Talk to Sir Ansbach at the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain.
- Break Miquella's Great Rune by approaching the Shadow Keep, then talk to Ansbach again until he leaves.
- Find him in the Specimen Storehouse of the Shadow Keep, exhaust his dialogue and hand him the Secret Rite Scroll.
- Follow Needle Knight Leda's questline until two summon signs appear at the Storehouse, First Floor.
- Use the gold sign to help Ansbach defeat Leda.
- Defeat Promised Consort Radahn in Enir-Ilim.
- Loot Ansbach's set from his body near the entrance of the arena.
- Using the red sign to help Leda kill Ansbach also yields the set.
