The Frontier Research Lab is the Ancient research lab of the Albaneve Summits and a beacon dungeon reached from Cinder's Cradle. The Elixir was first made in this frozen lab. An Ancient S.P.D.R. Construct boss guards it.
What Is Inside
Notes from the dig lie throughout the lab. A storage report warns about the alarm. Once it sounds, some doors lock for good. The report also mentions a creepy guard construct with many legs that protects the proto vessels.

Lore
Manathor led a dig into a cave here. Fine tendrils led the way to a heart: a fungal root that was still alive. It changed shape when watched and copied anything it touched. Manathor hoped it held the secret of long life. His team boiled it down into a shimmering blue Elixir. Soon after, the Elixir vanished from storage. Only a scrap of dark, tattered cloth was left behind. The cloth carried the same matter as the root itself.
