The Masonry Tools can be found in Enshrouded, they unlock access to craft a Water Well and multiple new stone furniture crafting recipe's options for the Carpenter.

How to Unlock the Masonry Tools
The Masonry Tools can be found during the Carpenter quest "Finding Masonry Tools," in the Nomad Highlands. You must upgrade your Flame Alter to level 3 before you can do this quest.
