Mayfair Lot is a farm in the Nomad Highlands that was once the home of Hannah Reed. Today it lies in the Shroud and is held by the Fell. Its only note tells of a rot that woke below the house. The writer found a festering mould behind the dry basement wall and buried it under rubble and ash. A blighted root lay too deep to dig out. Digging through that rubble in the cellar leads to the Undergrowth Staff.
Where to Find Mayfair Lot - Map Location
Mayfair Lot lies in the Shroud south-west of the Nomad Highlands Ancient Spire. An Ancient Obelisk stands to the north-east, and the Northern Caravan Camp lies to the north. The Abandoned Outpost and Pondsworth lie to the south-west.

Enemies
The farm belongs to the Fell, the Shroud's own soldiers and beasts. Time inside the Shroud is limited. Digging out the cellar chest takes a while, so it is best to clear the Fell first and keep an eye on the Shroud timer.

Unique Loot
The Undergrowth Staff lies in a silver chest buried deep underground. The way in is through the cellar of the building, then down by digging where rubble and ash cover the ground. The staff's description says it absorbs energy from the soil. The farm also holds the Milkmaid Garb, Milkmaid Hat and Milkmaid Boots. The garb is described as soft maid attire that is easy to clean of milk or wine, and the hat as a headwrap white as snow.

Hidden Chests
Both silver chests of Mayfair Lot lie under the ruined building and have to be dug out. The deeper one holds the Undergrowth Staff.
Silver chest in the buried basement
- Go inside the ruined building.
- Find the pile of rubble and the half-buried stairs on the ground floor.
- Dig away the rubble.
- Go down the stairs into the basement.
- Open the silver chest there.
Silver chest deep underground
- Go down into the cellar of the building.
- Find the spot where rubble and ash cover the ground.
- Dig down through it until the silver chest appears.
- Open the chest to take the Undergrowth Staff.
Lore Pages
