The Shroud Gazer is a Fell enemy in Enshrouded, found in the Springlands, Revelwood, the Nomad Highlands, the Kindlewastes, the Albaneve Summits and the Veilwater Basin. Shroud Gazers are a hostile Fell enemy that are most often found in Shroud Lairs. They have the appearance of a large floating eyeball with short tendrils encircling it. They drop small amounts of Archaic Essence when damaged or killed. It is weak to fire damage.
Where to Find the Shroud Gazer
It lives in the Springlands, Revelwood, the Nomad Highlands, the Kindlewastes, the Albaneve Summits and the Veilwater Basin. Most often inside Shroud Lairs. Usually near harvestable Archaic Essence, either yellow plants or crystal mining nodes.
Attacks
Shroud Beam - Upon seeing you, Shroud Gazers will briefly charge up energies before unleashing a beam of Shroud energy. This beam deals heavy damage and applies a short burn effect.

How to Fight the Shroud Gazer
- Rapid melee attacks keep it stunned and stop the beam.
- Watch its flinch animation; it can break out of the stun without warning.
