How to Get Spellbreaker Set Guide

The Spellbreaker Set comes only from loot. Its pieces drop at random from bosses and lootable chests in the Kindlewastes. Each piece drops on its own, so a full set takes many chests and boss kills. A copy of higher rarity unlocks more upgrade perks and reaches a higher item level. The Alchemist upgrades the pieces with Runes, and legendary copies also need Legendary Runes. The set suits a battle mage who fights up close with a one-handed sword.

Levelling and Upgrades

The Alchemist upgrades mage armor for Runes. These pieces drop at qualities from common to legendary. The quality sets how many upgrade perks a piece can unlock. Legendary pieces unlock the most and need Legendary Runes for the later steps. The perks here add resistance to blunt, piercing, cutting and Shroud damage, more health and mana, and extra levels in skills such as Power Parry, Counterstrike and Heavy Plates. Upgraded gear peaks at level 55, far above the Kindlewastes tier. Outgrown pieces salvage back into runes.

Lore

The hat holds an azure gem that collects scattered fragments of the Flame and releases them in close combat. The coat is thick enough to stop blows, and its lining follows the veins to ease short-range magic. The gloves let magic flow into the fingertips to guide the sword arm.
