Vorgoth's Eye is the key item for Flame level 11, the last Flame upgrade. It is a huge ocular core torn from the boss Vorgoth after the final battle. One Eye goes into the Flame level 11 offering, together with Vorgoth's Bound Essence. It is also the material for the Vorgoth's Eye trophies.

Lore
The boss Lord Vorgoth was the Guard of the North and ruler of Rimgard. A hooded wanderer brought him the Elixir and stayed at his side. In his last notes, Vorgoth feels two heartbeats inside him. The wanderer urges him to douse the Mother Flame so that he can become whole. His soldiers hear the many voices of the Shroud in the wanderer's speech. In the end, Vorgoth's body becomes the Wanderer's Vessel. Faint arcs of energy still flicker inside the torn-out eye.
Notes
- Flame level 11 also takes Spark, Celestium Bars, Moonstone, Diamond Dust and Ember Carapace, with 18 survivors.
- At Flame level 11, Flame Altars push back the Shroud and the altar limit rises to 16.
- The trophies need more Eyes at each tier, up to four for the Gold Vorgoth's Eye Trophy.
- Vorgoth boss drops one Eye, which both the Flame offering and the trophies call for.
How to Get Vorgoth's Eye Guide
Vorgoth fights in two forms at Mother Flame's Domicile, on top of The Ancient Citadel. The Eye drops from his second form, the Wanderer's Vessel, which always leaves one behind. The fight is part of Cinders Of The End, the last story quest from the Ancient Researcher.
