Withered Encampment

Withered Encampment
Type Enemy camp
Region Springlands
Sub-region -

The Withered Encampment is an abandoned camp in the north of the Springlands, now overrun by Vicious Vines. It sits right beside the Ancient Vault - Farmer. Its people were told to hurry and join a man named Sameth at his mine. The note about that trip suggests a shortcut through the vines. It is picked up on arrival.

Where to Find Withered Encampment - Map Location

The camp lies just west of the Ancient Vault - Farmer. The Abandoned Hunter Camp is a short way to the west and Wescott to the south-west. The road north from here leads through Willow Crush to the bridge into Revelwood.

Chests

The chests near the camp belong to the Farmer's vault next door. The gold chest sits at the rear of the vault's ground level, across lava ledges and behind a hidden panel. A silver chest hides behind a panel in the Farmer's chamber and needs the Grappling Hook. A wooden chest sits on a lava parkour corner on the left side of the building.

Lore Pages

"Road to the Mark of Sameth" is picked up on reaching the camp. Its writer urges the others to hurry to Sameth's mine, the Mark of Sameth. Sameth does not accept latecomers, so the writer suggests a shortcut. The writer jokes that a few vines cannot do much harm.
