Ahzidal's Ring of Necromancy lies in a side room of Kolbjorn Barrow on Solstheim. It turns up in the second stage of the dig during Unearthed.
- Travel to Kolbjorn Barrow on Solstheim and speak to Ralis Sedarys.
- Fund the excavation with 1,000 gold to start Unearthed.
- Clear the draugr when Ralis sends word, then pay 2,000 gold for the next stage.
- Return to the barrow, clear the draugr and search for the missing miners.
- Take the ring from its room in the newly opened section.
