Nothing else in the set puts up mass this quickly. The Black marble 2x2x2 is a full two-metre cube cut from eight bricks of Black Marble and filed with the Supports. It raises a thick wall or a tower base in one placement, where the small cube would need eight.

How to Build It

At eight Black Marble a block it empties a quarry run fast, though that is still half the marble the same volume of small cubes would cost. A Stonecutter has to be in range to place and repair them. Stone draws its support from the ground and never from timber, so lay the first course on bare earth or rock and build the tower straight up from there.
