Four times the area for twice the Iron: the Cage floor 2x2 is the large tile of the iron cage set, found with the rest of the flooring in the build menu. One placement covers a whole 2x2, which makes it the quick way to floor a bridge, a jetty or the roof of a pen without laying four small squares.
How to Build It
It costs 2x Iron and needs a Forge in range to place or repair, so you have to smelt the metal before any of it goes down. By area it is also the cheaper tile, four squares for two bars against one bar per square on the small one. Being iron, it ignores the rain that rots a Wood floor from above.
