Cooked Fish gives forty five health and fifteen stamina from one fillet on a spit, which makes an hour on the water worth spending. Its materials come from the Meadows.

How to Make It

Catch a fish, clean it into Raw Fish at a Food Preparation Table, then lay a single Raw Fish on a Cooking Station over a fire. Any Cooking Station works, at any upgrade level. Take it off promptly, because the window between cooked fish and a lump of coal is short. The buff lasts twenty minutes.
